Welcome to the CBP Global Settlement Website

This is the official website for the CBP Global Settlement, a settlement reached by the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU) to resolve certain grievances filed by NTEU.

NEW ALERT: The issuance of payments under the Global Settlement has been suspended for the second time after it was discovered that CBP again provided incorrect data. The work CBP must do to correct its own errors will delay your payments. NTEU remains fully committed to making sure its members are paid correctly. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.

  • Consult the FAQs on this web site or on the NTEU web site.
  • Call 1-844-378-6551. Representatives of the Settlement Administrator are available to field your calls.
  • Contact your local NTEU chapter representative.

If you believe that you are covered by the settlement and have not yet updated your address with the Settlement Administrator, you may do so here.

The contact information you provide to the Settlement Administrator will not be shared with NTEU. To stay informed about the latest news on the Global Settlement, the CBP contract, and other NTEU work on employees’ behalf, update your contact information with NTEU. Sign up here for updates.
